Steam Packet Company

The Steam Packet Company operates a fast ferry service from Belfast to the Isle of Man.
Passengers requiring assistance may be able to make special arrangements to help them if they are disabled in any way.
If you did not inform Steam Packet Company when making your booking, please telephone as soon as possible in advance of your journey on the following number:
08705 523 523
You should note that, for those unable to walk, the Steam Packet Company advises the use of collapsible wheelchairs. For safety reasons the Steam Packet Company is obliged to restrict the number of wheelchairs on any particular sailing.
If you are travelling in a vehicle and have requested assistance, you should have received with your ticket a 'Passenger Requires Assistance" sticker. This should be displayed prominently on your windscreen so that you can be easily identified by Steam Packet Company staff, who will be able to help. You will be asked to switch on your hazard warning lights so that the Steam Packet Company may easily identify you.
If possible, please arrive well before the latest check-in time so that the loading officer can call you forward into a position on the vehicle deck with easy access to the passenger accommodation.
