Road Tax Exemptions - How to Apply

If you apply to the Social Security Agency and you are entitled to exemption from car tax they will issue you with a certificate, which you can then present to any Local Vehicle Licensing Office (LVLO). The LVLO will then issue you with a tax disc which has a nil value.
