The AA's standard Personal Membership package provides cover for the member regardless of whether they are driving the vehicle or simply a passenger.

The AA now also offers 'The AA breakdown promise: to fix your car by the road, but on the rare occasions they can't, they'll get you another one.

Packages can be tailored to suit an individuals needs and there are preferential rates for Blue Badge holders. They also operate an 'SMS' text number so hard of hearing or deaf members can use their mobile in the event of a breakdown.

The 'AA Disability Helpline' is for any disability-related travel queries or to register any specific requirements you may have in relation to the AA services. The AA's Disabled Travellers Guide is a comprehensive information source that if free to members. It contains information on motoring, insurance, driving tests, vehicle adaptations and airports.
