MAVIS


The Mobility Advice and Vehicle Information Service (MAVIS) was set up by the Department for Transport in Great Britain to provide practical advice on driving, car adaptions and car choice for people with disabilities, both as drivers and passengers. They offer full driving ability assessments, consultation and advice on car adaptions and vehicle familiarisation sessions.

The MAVIS information service is free of charge but a charge is made for driving and passenger assessments. MAVIS is a member of the Forum of Mobility Centres and the nearest assessment centre is:
